Lynch to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for CTX Mortgage Company, LLC dated February 27, 2008 and recorded in Volume 153, Page 129, which mortgage was assigned to Central Mortgage Company by an instrument dated November 5, 2012 and recorded on January 23, 2013 in Volume 177, Page 122 of the Land Records of the Town of Rutland, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purposes of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 9:00 A.M. on January 30, 2017, at 272 David Road, Rutland, Vermont all and singular the premises described in said mortgage: To Wit: Being all and the same lands and premises conveyed to Patricia H. Lynch a/k/a Patricia Lynch by Warranty Deed of Kevin C. Elnicki and Stephanie Elnicki dated October 4, 1994 and recorded October 6, 1994 in Book 81, at Pages 264-266 of the Rutland Town Land Records. Terms of Sale: $10,000.00 to be paid in cash or cashiers check by purchaser at the time of sale, with the balance due at closing. The sale is subject to taxes due and owing to the Town of Rutland. The mortgagor is entitled to redeem the premises at any time prior to the sale by paying the full amount due under the mortgage, including the costs and expenses of the sale.
